Chef Lauren is a classically trained Chef and proud alumna of The Culinary Institute of America. Over the past two decades, she has led distinguished culinary and hospitality programs, specializing in upscale catering and exceptional guest experiences at The University of Tampa, The College of New Jersey and Rowan University.
Throughout her career, Chef Lauren has cultivated a passion for creating memorable dining experiences where impeccable service and culinary excellence come together.
What began as a personal appreciation for caviar quickly evolved into a mission. While enjoying Caviar with family and friends, Chef Lauren recognized that this timeless delicacy was largely absent from menus and events through out the South Jersey region . Inspired to fill the void, she founded Luxury Caviar Service to bring an unforgettable level of elegance to private gathers, weddings, corporate events, galas, ribbon cuttings and celebrations of all kinds.
